Walker Art Museum in Minneapolis: Spoonbridge and Cherry

Minneapolis--one of Minnesota's Twin Cities (the other being Saint Paul)--is one of the most progressive cities in the country.  It is filled with great restaurants, professional sports, the Skyway System, green spaces, and a vibrant arts and culture scene.

If you are an art lover, you will love the city's vibrant modern and contemporary art collections at the Walker Art Center.  The Walker Art Center includes the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden--home to the famed Spoonbridge and Cherry.

St. Paul MN State Capitol

Visit a theater to take in any play, and the star of the show usually becomes obvious within the first few minutes. It's the actor who grabs your attention from the moment the production begins and never lets go. Usually, it's a person... but not always. In the new play "Our House," the star of the play is also one of Minnesota's most unique historic buildings. The Minnesota State Capitol, which recently saw major renovations, is actually the star of the show.
