The Juicy Lucy is a Twin Cities tradition, but a new restaurant near Roseville homes for sale is adding an updated twist. Baldamar is a contemporary steakhouse "with old-world craft at its core and modern-day meat-eaters in mind." Their reinvented Juicy Lucy is made with a blend of venison and Kobe beef stuffed with smoked Gouda and served on a brown butter pretzel roll. Pair your burger with a selection from the impressive list of bottled and draught beer. Baldamar is open for lunch until 4 p.m. every day but Sunday. Dinner is served seven days a week and a Sunday brunch buffet is offered from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Named after Saint Paul's favorite son, the Paul Molitor gets a kick from pepperjack cheese stuffing. Legend has it the Juicy Lucy was born when founder Matt Bristol fulfilled a customer's request for a double patty burger with a slice of cheese in the middle.
